You have the right to not provide such personal information as we may request; however, in these instances we may not be able to furnish insurance and/or bond application quotes or coverage’s without such information.

By submitting your email address to us we may retain this information for the purpose of future communications in order to improve the quality and clarity of the services we provide, as well as to respond to any inquiries you may have. We may also share this information with our parent company, Schaedler Insurance, and/or our affiliates without prior notice in order to improve our product offering. This website or its affiliate sites is not to be used for any unlawful or other uses as prohibited in this privacy agreement. Any violations of this agreement will result in a revocation of your right to use this website and related web properties owned or controlled by CCB, Schaedler Insurance or its affiliates.
Data Integrity and Information Storage
Maintaining the integrity and safety of your personal information is our highest priority. Any personal information provided to us is generally stored on secure, encrypted servers. It’s the policy of CCB and Schaedler Insurance not to maintain some information, including credit card or other payment information out of concern for your privacy and security. Any paper documents containing your personal information is generally maintained for a period up to 90 days before being shredded, rather than discarded after a digital copy has been secured. In some instances, we do maintain non digital client files.
